Enhancements

In addition to selling from stock, we will be delighted to quote for garment personalisation or alteration. This includes tax tabbing, heat seal transfer and embroidery. All these operations are undertaken on site at our UK factory. For further information please contact our Customer Services Team. Enhanced garments are non returnable / refundable.

Sampling

We are pleased to sample against your specification or from our stock supported range. All samples are chargeable. Samples are non returnable / refundable on bespoke items.

Bespoke contracts

To complement our stock supported range, we are delighted to quote for bespoke manufacture to your specification, and can utilise truly international sourcing subject to quantity. Please contact our Customer Services Team.

Delivery Charge

By only charging for minimum value orders we keep your prices low.

  • Orders over £150 (excluding VAT) free delivery mainland UK on a two day service.
  • Orders under £150 (excluding VATA) delivery chargeable at £5.00 per carton mainland UK on a two day service.
  • For next day services please add £2.00 per carton.

Returns Policy

Returns will only be accepted by prior agreement and provided they are returned within 3 calendar months, unworn, in pristine condition and in their original packaging. Any return must be via a delivery service which obtains proof of delivery, and must be accompanied by an official returns form giving company name, address, invoice, despatch note number and reason for return.

Hammed trousers will only be accepted for return if in standard stocked leg lengths.

The following re-stocking charge will apply:

  1. Returns up to 1 calendar month - 20% re-stocking charge.
  2. Returns up to 2 calendar months - 25% re-stocking charge.
  3. Returns up to 3 calendar months - 30% re-stocking charge.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to check all goods for quality and correctness upon receipt as embroidered, printed, worn or enhanced (altered or otherwise processed) goods cannot be returned under any circumstances. We therefore recommend that all goods are checked for quality, colour, size etc prior to any of the above processes.

Conditions of trading

All transcriptions are subject to our conditions of trade, a copy of which is available on request. It is an expressed condition that all goods supplied are sold subject to an 'all monies' clause.
